Malik LAAZOUZI, Professor of Law, Panthéon-Assas University
Eduardo SILVA ROMERO, Partner, Wordstone Dispute Resolution
The two core courses (International Arbitration I & II) form the foundation of the LL.M. AWArDS. Delivered throughout the two semesters, this fundamental teaching, with a total volume of 40 hours, will combine a global theoretical approach to international arbitration, both commercial and investment treaty based, with the deepening of these main central themes. From the agreement of the parties to resort to arbitration to the enforcement of the award, from the determination of the applicable law to a detailed examination of procedural intricacies, the fundamental courses will enable students to acquire a comprehensive understanding of the essence and functioning of international arbitration.
