Natasha PETER
Natasha Peter is a dual-qualified English barrister and French avocat and is a partner in the Paris office of Trinity International. She has over 20 years’ experience in international arbitration and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on the energy (including renewables, nuclear and LNG/ LPG), infrastructure and finance sectors.
Natasha has extensive experience in construction and engineering disputes. She has an in-depth familiarity with delay, disruption, technical and quantum issues arising in this context, and is also experienced in adjudication, disputes boards and mediation. In addition, she regularly acts in joint venture and post M&A disputes, including those involving complex valuation, financial and jurisdictional issues.
Prior to joining Trinity, Natasha was counsel in the arbitration department of the pre-eminent French law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel, representing large multinational companies, states and individuals in high-value disputes.
Natasha sits as an arbitrator and adjudicator, and also as a Deputy District Judge on the South-eastern Circuit in England. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She regularly publishes articles and gives seminars on topics relating to renewable energy, international arbitration, commercial/ contract law and alternative dispute resolution.
